I always wanted to do this because as a girl who doesn't look or think like most girls, I feel like a lot of my peers are afraid to try things that don't look like the norm, and it's so easy to fall into the trap of trying things that don't work. I also feel like there is this lack of awareness of how to eat, sleep, and have fun, which is something that I've always wanted to tackle but I always feel like I have to be pretty careful about. This is why I love to talk about healthy habits and healthy foods so that girls have options and feel good about themselves.
So I'm here to share with you all what I've learned about eating well and eating well in my first week of starting a blog. I'd also like to mention that I'm still working through my new hair style, but I promise I'll be making an effort to keep it interesting! Also I'll be making some more progress on my website, and hopefully I'll get that done in time for the start of the school year!
