If you're going to exercise, get as many repetitions as possible, and make sure to get enough oxygen to the muscles to burn calories. It is recommended that the exercise be performed several times per week. However, it is not a good idea to do a full-body workout four days per week, as this can cause inflammation, which can increase your risk for some cancers.
